Return window
Returns for credit and exchanges are generally accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for eligible products, unless otherwise specified. For online orders, returns are generally accepted within 15 days of delivery. Special order items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
Return conditions
- Items must be undamaged, unmodified, and complete with original accessories.
- Items missing packaging or accessories may be refused.
- Products that have been physically altered, modified, or damaged are not eligible.
- All bundled or bonus items must be returned in unused or unopened condition.
Items with limited return eligibility
- Opened headphones, earphones, and microphones are final sale.
- Printers, projector bulbs, batteries, bulk cable spools, and consumable products such as ink, toner cartridges, and printer heads are generally returnable only if unopened.
Warranty
Most products include a 1 year in-store warranty. Batteries and power banks generally include a 3 month in-store warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
